Ingredients

  • Oats
    Oats
  • Peppermint essential oil
    Peppermint essential oil
  • Baking Soda
    Baking Soda
  • Epsom salt
    Epsom salt
  • 1 cup of Oats
  • 10 drops of Peppermint essential oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup of Epsom salt

Directions

Oats have soothing, anti-inflammatory effects on the skin, offering tired feet a well deserved break. The essential oils extracted from peppermint may help relieve painful feet and tension, while Epsom salts are great exfoliating agents that will help leave your feet looking soft and smooth.

  1. Process the oats in a blender until finely ground.(2 minutes)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse for a few seconds until well combined.(1 minute)
  3. Transfer to a jar and enjoy!

Add ½ cup of your peppermint oat mixture to warm water, stir to dissolve, and soak your feet for about 20 minutes.
