The oil derived from coconut acts as a moisturizer, while honey offers antiseptic, antioxidant, and soothing properties. Cinnamon's mild heat, on the other hand, stimulates blood flow to the skin, which improves its nourishment. At last, apple cider vinegar shares its tonic abilities, leaving the skin refreshed and clean.
If you find that your apple cinnamon scrub is too dry, you may add a little more coconut oil. If it seems too wet, add a little more brown sugar until you reach your desired consistency.
