Rosemary is an herb with significant brain-boosting abilities. This tonic tincture can have an enhancing effect on concentration and memory in as little as four weeks.
- Finely chop the rosemary, gingko, and peppermint leaves, then pour them into a glass jar.(5 minutes)
- Pour vodka over the herbs so they are covered by 2 – 3 inches of liquid. If the herbs float to the top, leave them for a day or two to settle.(2 minutes)
