Respiratory problems are tough to deal with, especially because they tend to encompass a range of symptoms. Luckily, this blended tea can tackle several at once: eucalyptus will clear the nasal airways and help prevent respiratory infections, while jasmine will lessen the pain. Furthermore, the deeply fresh scent of these two herbs can be restoring by itself!

  1. Boil eucalyptus leaves in 4 cups of water.(30 minutes)
  2. Steep dried jasmine in the eucalyptus decoction.(4 minutes)
  3. Pour yourself a cup and enjoy!

Chronic sufferers of asthma should drink one cup a day of this hot infusion, taking care to inhale the vapors as they drink it. For those experiencing an acute episode of congestion, the recommended dosage is three cups a day, after meals.
