Cranberries have been used to treat urinary infections, such as cystitis, for centuries. This warming tea will reduce pain and fight infection in the urinary tract. Drink it regularly as the first line of defense against urinary tract infections.
After you have finished the tea, pour the leftover herbs out on the compost. Drink this tea as needed in ¼ cup servings without exceeding three cups in one day. The infusion can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 - 4 days.
