- Place unpeeled garlic cloves in a skillet over low heat and cook them until soft and blackened, turning occasionally(10 minutes)
- Turn off the fire, let garlic cool off, slip off the skins, and mash them with a fork.(5 minutes)
- Place cubed avocado in a large bowl and mash it gently with a fork until creamy but still chunky.(4 minutes)
